3. Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include any tags or labels.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

5. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
